Just in case you wanted to know, it's been out for some time already. Yes, the Garmin Mobile XT software we've been using on our Omnias and Pocket PC is available for Symbian based phones like the Nokia E series (E71, etc.) and E90's.
You can go visit the main page at the Garmin website to study the quite lengthy process of installation. It's really not that hard, believe me.

Download the file directly here:

You'll need to download the appropriate basemap and support files as well. For those using Garmin Mobile XT in the Philippines, you can still use the popular Roadguide.Ph "junior" map. As always, Garmin Mobile XT is "trial-ware" and can only be used for a limited time period of around 15 days until you decide to pay for the licence.
Notes:
This Garmin Mobile XT application is designed for use on Symbian smartphone devices running S60 (ie. Nokia E6x, Nokia N7x) 3rd Edition OS .
You must have a previous version of the XT software installed on your SD card to have all of the help files, voice files and basemap files. These are not included with this update.
During installation, you will be prompted to turn on your Garmin GPS. Please Note: You will not gain access to Garmin Online features and/or the navigation will be unavailable without connecting your Garmin GPS.
A minimum card size of 256 MB is recommended for Garmin Mobile XT software with maps.
Please save all appropriate data before beginning the update.
