I recently installed version 11 of Sygic Drive on my Galaxy Note alongside the usual Navitel and Google Maps. It has a fantastic interface, and responds quite nicely. On top of that, it's got social networking options so you can share your whereabouts to family and friends. The map is nowhere as complete compared to the Roadguide.ph map but it definitely serves nice eye-candy with its 3D buildings and fly-overs.

with Sygic Drive, the Philippine maps can be downloaded within the application itself. The only problem is that the maps in Sygic are in the Greater Manila area. It's not as complete as Roadguide.Ph map.
